Im brandd new and i want to learn how to build a laser in the first place. like an explanation on what parts i need ect. Is there already a thread for this?

Welcome to the Forum...

There is a lot of great Laser related info on the Forum
and it is all Free... For the reading...

You will need to read the Stickies and FAQs... Then you
will need to read the Laser build tutorials and having a basic
electrical/electronic knowledge is a plus...

This will help you build your 1st Laser....
