How much of an output should I expect from this laser?

Newly designed 150mW 532nm Green Laser Pointer Pen BGP-001 (Black) - US$ 32.99 - China wholesale FadBus.com I hope it is not chinese junk... I do not have the money to buy the thing to check mw output. and if it is chineese junk what do you suggest instead? I am looking for a 100mw< laser for under $75 preferably focusable but not a big deal if it isn't. Also I want a nice beam and bright dot to show off to people
