Hey everybody, mine name is Holden, or TheTranq. I am 18 years old and am just starting to get an interest in building lasers. I recently started watching youtuber "styropyros" videos and have been very interested in building his Altoid Tin 200mW (532nm) laser. I bought a pair of goggles from Dragon Lasers (hoping now that these protect against scattered IR rays that I'm reading about in lasers) and a 200mW diode with driver off ebay (also realizing now that this may not have been the best purchase). I am doing my best to read as much as I can and am excited to work on this first laser. I am also very ready to learn and open to any help I can get. Excited for this new hobby.
