HELP! Quick advice, online auction

Hey guys....

I'm following an online auction for work and there is 1 lot with 2 matsusada es-32r high voltage power supplies. from reading it seems to me that is is a regulated power supply up to 3kv a few milliamp out put. is true?

I don't really. but wouldn't it be able to test small hene's with out a driver?

if get them, I'd probably trade for other laser stuff or whatever.

Those don't have a starting pulse and don't have a current limit. It wouldn't work at all. They're also typically way more expensive than an actual HeNe power supply.
