if you can part with about 100 bucks you can do a 445.

I would like a blue laser, but I dont really have the money, I had a diode from a ps3 and didnt have the collimator lens for it.

Anyway I would like a green or even red laser.

I have a LM317 and loaaaddss of resistors, and loads of other electronics things, in my shed.

I have a project box, well it'l be in my shed.

I have a lens system and crystal set from the green laser which damaged my eye, I bought a new one, it arrived today, but I dont have any fresh batteries.

Let's see.... you want to spend ~$32.00 US and you want a bright
laser....

1) it will need to be green for the power you can buy for that price...
2) it will probably not burn without a focusing lens
3) it will need to be raw... no fancy casing... no batteries

I would go with a brand new O-Like 532nm 50mW module....

Green laser module 50mW For custom build or lab [OLGLM50] - $26.99 : Welcome to O-Like.com, Your source for laser products

The other solution is if a member here sells you a used laser in
your price range...

DX and FocalPrice and other Chinese Laser suppliers usualy
advertise 150-200mW and you end up with <50mW...

For a red Laser get a Dilda.... It's in your price range but is
not as bright as a 532nm of the same power...

I have not dealt with Odicforce but I have heard they are in the U.S. and ship much faster than if you ordered something from a China-based company.

They are from UK.

They are supposed to be good, and I may buy one from these instead of Virtual Village.
