help! cant use my laser, charger wont work.

I recently bought a 50mw laser from lazerer and i received a 16340 battery and a charger. after charging the battery maybe 10-15 times, the charger will not charge the battery any more. i contacted the lazerer site and haven't herd back but am asking if anyone here knows a better charger that will charge this type, 16340, of battery without breaking that i could buy.
