Hi!
I am new here. I would like to buy a 30mw green laser, for pointing around like on walls floor and something like that.Will 30mw cause permanent damage if reflect or direct? My budget is 35-45 dollars. I would like the laser to work with one 16340 battery, the battery can or can not be included. If possible for the price the can the laser be duty free.
