I was using my 130mW Evolution Pro and it was working fine. However, I went to press the button down again and i heard a click. The button is now stuck in the on position. The laser works, and thus always shines as long as the batteries are in it. It's basically always on! HELP ME! Does anyone know how to take it apart or something? Is WickedLasers responsive enough to send me a new one? I have had it for only one month. :undecided:

Chances are the button has just given out since it still lases, so you need a new driver. WL covers that in your warranty but at the moment they aren't responsive to anyone's emails or phone calls. Hang in there and start trying to contact them and you should get a repaired laser sometime soon after this arctic mess is over. :)

I sure hope you took out the batteries so your diode doesn't overheat from being on forever.

The driver seems fine but then again I am not entirely sure. It literally feels as if the switch is stuck partially on the laser host, I don't know what to do.

I would take a pick or sharp object to pop off the little rubber button to expose the button on the driver to see if you could release it.

It's an aluminum button. This sucks big time, but still Wicked Lasers should cover this right?

I thought Wicked was going to send them to me. Unfortunately they didn't come with the laser. I ordered a pair last night, hopefully they get here soon I keep having to look away to pull of my little stunts.

These things really get you into a neat hobby, but safety is always first. I think I am going to start a red DIY project tomorrow.
