My name is Alden, I live in Texas. I recently completed what I believe would be a 1w build, using DTRs M140 with a 3 element lens and Survival Laser C6 host . I used the Vanilla tutorial on LPF. Thank you all for being so though in your information.
I have wanted a laser since I saw one in a Scientific American in the 70s.
It was a man made ruby cylinder with a full mirror on site and a partial mirror on the other, with a xenon light tube wrapped around it.
I work with networks all day, I have a full blown computer in my car ,I'm an avid gamer and I like lasers.
The reason I joined is to learn and contribute if I can. I have goggle for me and my boy. Thanks to the sticky about owning a laser.
