Hello LPF!
A few weeks ago I was trying to think of something to do with myself over my college spring break and I stumbled onto LPF. I remembered how many times I had almost bought a high powered pointer over the years and, noticing how easy it was to make one, decided to do it.
Anyway, I've been lurking LPF for about two weeks now and am really impressed. I would never have tried to build a laser if not for all the helpful information here.
