Hello everyone,

I have been reading through your forum for a while, but never posted before. Now I am immersed in a project where we will be using some lasers and I will have some questions, so I would like to introduce myself.

I am a mechanical engineer with some experience in electronics and coding, and I work in a company where we mix fashion and technology.

Nice to meet you, and now i will try to get my first questions in the right place!

I suggest that you add your location into your profile- like almost all of us have done.

This makes a huge difference in getting good help from us.

you may also want to read other threads in the WELCOME section looking
for the great 'intro' threads-- they are easy to find and will help you write the very best intro.

also a few tips- except with GOOD reason do not double post.

subscribing to have an email notice sent when you got LPF mail etc is wise- & keep thing from going into a spam folder.

using 'tools' you can sub anything --

LIke new posts in one of your threads etc-

do the above soon & I will give your rep a +6 green bump.

always do good search for answers before making a thread- see Sam's Laser FAQ and links found at google search too.

ONLY then should you ask a member for help by PM or in the open forum.
