Great Customer Service From Aixiz Store (Texas)

So two weeks ago I ordered a 405nm glass lens of aixiz store on ebay. After receiving the lens in the mail I noticed a blue tint on the lens. :scowl: Well I instantly contacted aixiz by email (Chuck) and told him about the mix-up from the factory. In less than 1 hour he resopned, "What's your address, we will immediately get this taken care of". And three days later he sure did, I received a grayish metal housing with a brownish tint to it! I really appreciate the fast response to help make their customers satisfied. I will be buying more from Chuck. You should too! :thanks:

i ordered a few lenses almost two weeks ago. he just shipped them wednesday. not what i would call "on top of things"... the order was also placed after the lenses came back in stock.
