I still have to ask about temperature stability on these. My S-Ky 150 just put out 180 mW but dropped to 50 mW when warmed in my hand for 3 minutes. I can see the brightness drop within 5 seconds.

How has it changed performance, can you give us a new spec on how output is affected after 1 min, 2 min and 3 minutes of continuous use and how it affects duty cycle?

Since Mike's laser is preforming very poorly after a short period of use, perhaps you could send him one of these newer lasers with temperature control and exchange it for his broken one?
This would be a good way to get a good honest before and after opinion of the changes in performance as the laser warms up.
