I am selling these beautiful C6 Super Extended Heatsinks. Heatsinks are ~2.25" long and 1.06" in diameter. The base of the heatsink is threaded to screw onto the C6 battery tube, and there is ample space to work with the pill inside.

All heatsinks will come with a hex key and thermal compound.

Price: $30 shipped each.
+$5 for a smooth aluminum focus knob
+$7 for a knurled aluminum focus knob
+$12 for a smooth conical focus knob
+$15 for a knurled conical focus knob

Other custom options available including different sizings and designs. PM me if you have a special design request.

It pictured below, $37 shipped. More made to order.

Re: FS: Super Extended C6 heatsinks (Thread onto Battery Tube)

All I can think of when I see this heat sink is..... EXTREME! How about a few more pics showing the threads and where the diode fits into the heat sink.

Re: FS: Super Extended C6 heatsinks (Thread onto Battery Tube)

I am currently working on making 5 more to stock up. I will get pictures of this one up tonight, but this one was more of a practice one, so the next five will probably be a bit different. There is a counterbore in the back .5" deep which threads onto the body of the C6. This allows enough space for the pill to stay intact. The hole for the diode is just a 12mm through hole. I don't currently have a set screw installed in the heatsink pictured, and I am thinking it would be better to fin the heatsink further to the end so that the set screw can be put down in one of the fins instead of the surface. If you guys have anything you would prefer on yours or ideas to make them better let me know, because right now, they are just finished bored out and I haven't added fins or threaded them yet. Pictures of this current heatsink will be added tonight.

Very good looking extension of the heatsink. It makes the C6 the most successful host ever. Can you make a matching focus head for the sink ? It looks much better than the stock ring.

Thank you. I certainly can make a matching knob. What sort of style would you prefer for a knob?

Thanks. What style knobs should I go with for these? I can do plain smooth or knurled aluminum. I can also add a conical head to either of those two styles.

Nice looking heat sink for the C6 :gj:

I am curious now, what is the thermal compound needed for

Thanks! :D

The thermal compound honestly is not needed. I just have a pile of silicon thermal compound tubes, and figured they are a nice plus to put on the module to ensure good heat transfer from the module to heatsink.

You never have enough heatsink with handheld lasers. This is overkill :

Very true. Just look at my avatar picture. That monster is 350g of just heatsink. Are you interested in a few of these Blord? I am just about to have 3 finished and will be doing the focus knobs, and don't want to make knobs that people don't want.

Re: FS: Super Extended C6 heatsinks (Thread onto Battery Tube)

It was a suggestion from me. I have enough focus rings laying around.
But thanks for your offer.
