I've been busy harvesting diodes from the PHR-803T sleds and have quite a few diodes for sale for immediate shipping.

I recommend [link=http://www.laserpointerforums.com/forums/YaBB.pl?num=1209418066/0#0]DrLava's flexdrive[/link] to power these, or [link=http://www.laserpointerforums.com/forums/YaBB.pl?num=1206947255/0#0]rkcstr's micro-driver[/link]. Both are excellent drivers to power these PHR803T Blu Ray diodes.

Just a note because you were unsure of the wavelength of the IR diode, it is 780nm, used for reading CDs.
Also, you may want to put a link to this thread in your page selling empty PHR-803T sleds so people know what to expect out of the red/IR diode.

Also, you may want to put a link to this thread in your page selling empty PHR-803T sleds so people know what to expect out of the red/IR diode.
