These heatsinks are for the MXDL 3405. They have a setscrew to keep the module tight in place, as the module smoothly slides through it now perfectly. The setscrew is adjusted using a 1.5mm allen wrench.

Hey I just want to explain to you why I am offended that you are selling heatsinks for the 3405 host.

I found and made popular that host. And have been selling heatsinks for that host for over 1 1/2 years.

There is no patent, no... but it's just common courtesy not to do what you are doing.

There are tons of hosts out there. Mohrenberg is an example of somebody who finds different hosts to offer as kits without copying and selling right alongside the person who made it popular.

About the 4171 that DDL introduced. That is different, in that:

1. DDL was not selling heatsinks.
2. I went to DDL first and asked him about it.

I think it's great that you have talent and want to contribute to LPF, but please find your own host.

Don't come and start selling right alongside me for something that I made popular for a long time. And now that I made it popular, your going to come and sell heatsinks for it??

You already took one of my customers... HighTechDealz. Kendall has been buying my heatsinks for that host for a long time.

I am very sorry I offended you Jayrob. This is meant to be a constant thing. Once these are gone, I am not going to make more to sell against you. I don't mean to steal your customers, I just started making a few for myself, and ended up kicking out about 15 extra, so once those are gone, I won't be selling them anymore.
Once again, sorry about this, it totally didn't come across my mind to ask your permission before I got rid of my spares.
It'll never happen again, I hope we can get along after this.

No problem, and thank you for understanding. I will definately run anything by you before I try to sell anything next time, just to be sure you didn't already do it, considering you have a massive amounts of different wonderful hosts and heatsinks to choose from!

Ya, I reccomend you buy from Jay. These are only a one time thing like I said. They aren't meant to compete with Jay, I just don't need a pile of extra ones, so I am selling them cheap to get rid of them, and it's also nice to get my name known out there a bit too, hopefully not in a negative way though because of this.
