Full ESD precautions were observed.

These diodes were harvested using NO HEAT.

Yours will be the first soldering iron these diodes have seen since they left the factory


For the diodes:
$45 each shipped in the US, via first class mail.


International add $2 for 1st class (no guarantee of delivery time frame),
or add $15 for priority (6-10 days to your customs office: no tracking),
or add $30 for Express mail (3-5 days to your customs office: tracked)

Pressed into an AixiZ module add $5 each.
Pressed into a module with leads attached add $10 each.

Im sorry if this is a stupid question, but what is the power out put on these diodes? can they exceed 1W?

They can easily exceed 1W. However, you will have to have them well heat sinked and/or provide ACTIVE cooling at such very high currents/outputs

Diodes vary in efficiency and lenses vary to power allowed through. Output is not as clear a concept as you are presenting.

We are being fairly successful running these at up to ~1.8A of current. With that being said, we are getting anywhere from 1.7W-2.1W of output depending on the particular diodes and lens used

Most people are running these at 700mW-1.2W output
