FS: 200mW IR diodes

Up for sale are three unused 808nm diodes in a 5.6mm can. They are reportedly capable of 200mw continuous and a maximum of around 300mw(This will kill the diode). These were purchased from Senkat a while back but I never got around to using them.

I am asking $17 shipped anywhere for all 3 diodes. This price does not include tracking or insurance; you can add this at your own expense if you wish.
