For Sale:  IL1400A Laser Power Meter

Lol, your new sig is a bit... extreme, eh? :P
"Extra large positional display"! hehe

What type of sensor did you get with that anyway?

Re: For Sale:  IL1400A Laser Power Meter

i might be interested. whats the power ratings on it?

I bought it with the SPL024F sensor which is rated 4.38e-1 (that comes out to 384mw max), Please check their website for more info on the included sensor in this sale. Just like coherent and many others, you can always get another sensor for it; as they simply just plug-in to the meter if you if you want or need to change the range. I'm on way to the beach now to join-up with my camera, so I'll put pictures up a little later. 8-)

OK got together with my camera at the beach and while I was there a really cute Canadian couple was getting married at Sunset and lucky them a Sailboat just pasted over the horizon with the Sunset in the background, man that's going to make one heck of a Kodak moment for them I'm sure; I knew there was a reason why I choose to live in Paradise! ::)

Here's some info about the included Sensor from their website;

SPL024F Laser Power Detector has an internal integrating sphere that ensures proper beam aiming, with a uniform translation response and a flat response. Dynamic Range: 1.25e-7 to 4.38e-1 W, Measurement range: 400 - 1064 nm, Dimensions: 121 x 19 mm dia.

Here's a picture I just took;

Hey since you have that brand new meter, how is the accuracy of this one you're selling?

The accuracy of this meter is very good, remember it cost $2K new, it's not a home-brew meter; the included sensor goes to around 400mw and just like the coherent you can easily change the sensor to another one if you desire.
