FlexDrive V5

so I just noticed that the FlexDrive is now up to version 5. When did that happen and has anyone tried one of these new drivers yet?

Nevermind, just saw the thread in the Buy,Sell,Trade... output is still at 6v max but it's still one of the best drivers out there IMO.

Thanks for the link roSSco... it doesn't say FlexDrive V5...
probably why I couldn't find it...

If I'm looking for a Dog I wouldn't do a search for a Cat...

yeah it was just released since he started selling them again in the last week or so.

they are exactly the same as the v4, but they now have reverse polarity protection.
other than that there is no difference.....i didn't notice anything different on them though.

I think he is VERY limited by the IC that does the voltage switching ( SMPS ) , I can't find any that go close to the one he uses.
