Fit in Aixiz module Driver kits(updated4/20/08)

Hey all i have be working on a small compact laser driver.
it will use the LM317MDT, regulator that gives off .5A
the 500ma one.
i want to get these made and sell them as a kit with all the parts.
Picts on page 2!!
the kits includes:
1XPot/100ohm
1X blank board
1X smd Tant cap 10uf 10v
1X LM317MDT

the total cost shipped will be around 5.50$ including everything. or 3.25 for just the board shipped. Fits in Aixiz module.
this would be a 30 person buy. and it INCLUDES solder masking or without it it would be cheaper.

im already down for 10. so that leaves 20 more

ur tracks are too thin. make them wider. ill let rckstr explain to you why.

there are a lot of issues with the board :-/ you might have to take another look....

i know amk thats just the print in my software they are thicker, thin lines pull apart too easily

i know amk thats just the print in my software they are thicker, thin lines pull apart too easily

its not because of "pulling apart". there are electrical reasons...

make the traces at least .025" thick

the regulator is about 1/3 the size of the t220 size lm317

Pardon my ignorance of package sizes and such, but are you planning on this being able to fit inside an aixiz module? Or just a small board for incorporation in host body? Thanks.

just a small board for incorporation to host body, i plan on have one that fits in a aixiz module using smd components

I'd love to have one that goes into the Aixiz module, that would be more than worth paying for if it'll work. For driver in body though, I'll still pass for now for the satisfaction of soldering stuff myself. Looks good though, keep us posted.

I have made a revision and proto of this, they fit in the aixiz module and are adjustable
