I decided to try to polish this little cree light I have. Its my first time trying this so its far from perfect but I think it came out okay. Did this with a dremel, and some sandpaper. It has some swirl marks and scratchy areas where I think I just didn't sand it enough. Idk what I will do with this light but decided to post this and hopefully maybe get some tips on getting a mirror like finish?

Looking good. This thread will help you out, I asked this same question.

Thanks, so I need to sand it more fore sure! I used 150 grit because the light had small marks all in it, then I used 400 grit. And then used just red polishing compound. And I think I should of used the white compound it says the white it for aluminum. Although I have heard people using both compounds, Which is finer the red or white?
