hey everyone, ive been part of the forum for a while now, but im really starting, well trying to get into the diy part of lasers.

i currently am waiting on possibly a stupid purchase from ebay for a blue/violet laser module rated at 150mw with driver kit for about $37,

im really hoping this works well.....

im also looking to build a minimag red laser (200-300mw) for as cheap as possible, ill buy a legit diode from darklasers or modwerx, but what driver should i use, a rckstr or a flexdrive, or even a home brew lm317? sorry if i combined 2 posts into one section just wanted to get it all out

Don't buy! You can make one for less than 30.
Minimag is too small.

ok, well lets just say a 200-300mw red laser that runs on cr123's or another easy to get batt
