946nm in. An 808nm diode pumps a Nd:YAG crystal which is coated to lase at 946nm. The 946nm is then doubled to 473nm using LBO usually, but there are other doubling crystals that are used sometimes instead.

It would work even better if you had a proper mirror. That mirror, should never have been set like it is in the picture, there is no information regarding reflectance, transmittance, radius of curvature, etc... If you are going to build a laser, but from someone who knows what they are doing.
