eBay 532nm 300mW & 500mW modules..

I stumbled upon these a while ago, i hadn't seen them posted in this forum so id though id raise it.

300mw 532nm industry green laser diode module | eBay

500mw 532nm green laser diode module with driver board | eBay

they look different to our usual modules:

What are your thoughts?

Looks normal just with the driver board in the module and obviously this is not aixiz size. And not the usual 532nm divergence we're used to.

jut got a e-mail from the seller.

"Hi,

Yes, it is real 300mw and it only leak 10-20mw infraed beam.

If the laser you got is not real 300mw then you can ask paypal to refund.

It's a hand-held module so output is highly unstable due to temperature variation and it costs 320 bucks so I can't really find it worth the money
You can find awesome 500mW 532nm lab module for about 400 bucks in ebay too:
500mw 532nm Green Laser Module w/h dual Thermoelectric Cooling & TTL Modulated | eBay

Which would be my choice if I had to choose between them.
