I bought a Moh's round driver(1.25A)

The product information recommended over 1.25A be heatsink

but I don't know how to heatsink the board:thinking:

and the driver board must solder like this?

Is this the ''just add diode'' kit that he offers ?
If yes, then the driver is already heatsinked ;)

Stix62:
"Lazerer Rifle 1.2W 445nm (2.21A)"

How do you know your Rifle's diode is running at 2.21 A?

And why is it set so high for such a relatively lower output?

If i'm not mistaken, I'm sure I've just read in a different thread somewhere Moh' said he used a block 1/8" thick. (3.2mm - 10swg)

I know this sounds kind of silly, but there probably is a market here on the forum for small pieces of cut up aluminum and copper.

About the smallest "proper" IC heatsinks you can find on eBay are typically 12mm x 12mm. I'm often finding myself needing something closer to 8mm x 8mm, or even 8mm x 6mm.

My solution is often to use "sheet" metal (copper or aluminum), but there's a limit to the thickness that I can cut with hand tools. If one of the machinists here was able to slice up some 1/8" thick metal heatsinks in roughly the dimensions above, I'm sure they would sell in little grab bags for far more than the metal cost.
