Disable Start Up Delay for P3 Driver

Hello,

I just got a P3 driver here but I don't know which pins to short to disable the 7 sec startup delay. On the manual it said to short the left bottom 5 pad series on the top side of the driver.

If you place the drive so the regulator chip is on the right and the big black resistor is towards the bottom just like in your picture then look under the resistor to the left side of the board.

There is 5 tiny solder dots/pads under this resistor, short the two right most pads together with a short piece of wire and solder it in place and that disables the delay.
