delivery time

i'm not really sure how long it takes to recieve a laser after its been ordered but mine has not even shipped in more than two weeks. Should I complain to the manufacturer or is it normal to wait what seems to be an eternity. I won't say where I ordered it from yet.

well most companies operating from warehouses in hongkong take a long time to ship, for example dealextreme anticipate deliveries will take up to 17 days and i know many others a like this. unfortunatly you just need to be patient.

this is actually a company out of california, I hate to complain and never do to costumer service but after paying 200 dollars for a laser you tend to lose patience
