Custom copper electronics heat sinks

I have several small copper bars and a mill to make small electronics heat sinks. If you need a small square, thin or finned, I can make them. PM me with your needs and I can give you a price. $2.00 made to fit inside Aixis module. $2.50 with fins, will not be real pronounced due to thickness.

I had a pic in the original post, it must not have went and I thought it did. I don't have any premade, this would be an on request service, I could do some small squares but for custom hosts it would be better to be made as needed. The bars in the pic are .5x.5 inch and .5x.25 inch. I also have a sheet of .025 inch.

Here is one I made today for one of my laser diodes It can butt up against the back of where the diode is and go across the chips on the board. I also cut the back of my modules open just so the heat isn't trapped.

I could use about a dozen of these the size seen in the photos above. Can you make them a little thicker with some fins and still fit inside the 12mm hole while stuck to the driver?

Could you post some pics of the finned ones, and do they still fit into the 12mm module?

Here are some I did today, will do more tomorrow. Yes all of them will fit into the 12mm modules, I guess it mainly depends on your driver size and how its soldered in. With the thicker sink with fins and using the Flex drive, I may have to re-solder the board over some so it sits straight in the module. If needed I can also round the top edges of the sink so it sits farther from center. I would like to say, these are made by hand with a hacksaw and not done on my mill.

Can you please post a picture showing the fins in profile? By that I mean take a picture of the finned bar from the side.
