Could this be used as 200mw laser driver

Hello was on ebay and i just saw a LM317 DC-DC Converter Buck Power Module Linear Regulator Step Down Adjustable and as it have a lm317 transistor on it and i m wondering if it could drive a 200mw laser

A google search will give u the answer but to answer your question, lm317 can be used as a laser driver
