well i thought that a thread like that would be pretty cool. i post one, you ppl post more. thats how it is supposed to work. like a big database of all cool optics.

so ill start with this one MATRIX stlye thingie.  at dragonlasers

is there a optic to make the beam really thick, like a light saber from star wars?

yeaa use fog/smoke and a binocular/monocular.

hehe yea binocluars but i thought of a bit smaller thing...so i can actually use it as a lightsaber hehe ^^

Some sort of simpler beam expander consisting of only 2 coated lenses. :-/ i don't know where to get one of those cheap.But maybe a small monocular from DX will work well enough.
