CNI S-GDL-532 and other small green modules

Has anyone played with the CNI S-GDL-532 series of laser modules? Here's a link to the spec sheet: http://www.cnilaser.com/PDF/S-GDL-532.pdf

Any idea on the pricing? I've sent an email a few days back but haven't gotten a reply yet.

Are there any other green modules that are comparable in size? I need about 100mw.. The o-like models are over 60mm in length.. too long for my application. Ideally, they should be the same size as the CNI module I linked (almost same dimensions of an Aixiz head).

i don't think those modules would work for you.

the modules do not have the optics needed to correct the divergence. The output would be directly off the crystal set, meaning that you would have a very thin beam that expands significantly over a short time.

They also don't look like the driver is attached so they would end up longer with a driver directly attached to the diode leads.

Ahhh ok. The drivers dont need to be attached to the back, I just need a short module

snake creek is good at making very small DPSS lasers however they suffer from the same divergence problems as the CNI modules. unless you plan to use them with a beam expander, they won't be much use.

Snake Creek is expensive, quoting > $100 per unit (can't remember the power, but it was low).
