Hey Glenn, I might be getting in on this GB if I can recover from the blue I just bought.

I would appreciate it if you could ask if CNI could produce a 5-10mW yellow in the PGL-III-A host.
Also, a price comparison on the 589nm vs. 593.5nm 5-10mW would be great.

I have a couple other questions but I will have to save them till after work.

Hey friends, thanks for the input. I do think if we all ask for the same host, that would be the best way to bargain the cost down. So, about the 589nm ones, are all interested if it must be a PGL III-C, or if they can do it all for a PGL III-A?, (I think the -A is unlikely, but I don't mind asking, btw). -GH

If you buy directly from CNI you have to pay $55 shipping + ~$30 for wire transfer.

Yes that's true (even though I payed less in total than through a GB) but why is the base price higher? That doesn't make sense to me.

My "Base price" includes CNI shipping to me and also any other costs except shipping to the buyer and PP fees. If CNI offers any item for less with shipping, (insured), and other costs included, then I will relay that quote to CNI and obtain a better deal. -Glenn

hey Glenn, I'd like to ask if you can push for a ~300mW 532nm PGL-III-M (they still claim not to make them... but as i've explained countless times, they do )

but the quotes that i'm really interested are the 2mW and 5mW 589nm pens if we get 10 people... maybe they'll do ~$325 for the 2mW and ~$410 for the 5mw? Well judging from the drastic breakthrough price drop of the 1mW, the others should hopefully go down as well. Thanks and let me know how it goes!

oh and btw you guys might wanna look into the PGL-III-M host as a portable host... very durable, smaller than a PGL-III-C, very nice overall (although they still claim that the 589nm limit for that hose is 30mW.... yea right)

Hey glenn, quick question on this GB 9.... I am considering buying a red 500mW lab laser from DL for $350 here it is:655nm 500mW Diode Laser - Lab Laser :: Red Lasers - 635nm 655nm 671nm :: Diode Lasers :: Dragon Lasers
It seems like a nice deal but Im wondering how much you could get this for, direct from CNI?
