With the plethora of bluray pointers hitting the market, I figured I better learn about them if I was going to be able to help people with them. I bought a dozen assorted models and examined them. These are the survivors. They have all been worked on by me. They have been strengthened and/or repaired as needed. Some have new diodes. Some have new drivers. There is an assortment of components in the group. They are all powered by two regular AAA batteries. They are all "fixed" focus at "infinity."
As usual, with research lasers, I'm just trying to make some of my investment back. A module with driver and diode alone would normally cost you $30-$40. They are offered here, as complete pointers, for $40 each, Shipped in the US.
