I bought a 200mw 660nm red diode a few days go and i am in need of a driver for it and i am trying to go under 10$ (If possible)

I was thinking about using this for the driver: http://tinyurl.com/Laserdriver10111 but i dont know if it comes with any instillation instructions (My first build) so if someone could help that would be good 2
