I looked into a TV remote once, and I saw a dim red light! I thought my eyes were amazing, that was until I realized there was a red LED under the power button. :-[

Wow, I didn't think I could see it at first. But then I waited for my eyes to dilate in the pitch blackness, and I started to see an amazingly dim red glow!
I feel special.

I can see a faint glow on two of my remotes. I can't see it on the other two because of a dark lens over them. I know my phone will pick up the IR on them though.

most of my remotes i cant see because it has that dark cover over it, but any that has the bare LED exposed i can usually see it, but some i cant.

I can easily in a dark room. In a lit room I can just barely tell.
