Which of these should i choose?

i want want balance between divergence and beam and burning

Survival laser there are many great review on them and the a great balance of quality and and burning. Or you could also get a 445 1w from a LPF member on the bst section many great lasers there too

If divergence and beam quality is what you want, then dont get any of those lasers. 445nm diodes are multimodes diodes. Which mean it has multiple faucets to create the beam. You get a wide, fat beam, with crappy divergence. You'll want to go green if you want better beam specs.
