Well, I think in a few days I will have the SS 18650 kit finished from Jayrob. But I have a spare diode and aixiz module. My cousins birthday is coming up and I figured I could make him a 445. Hes not overly into lasers (yet 
) but it'd be a novel gift regardless. I like the SS 18650 host alot, but I dont want to give him something too similar to mine. Can anyone suggest a good host compatible with a 445 build, with perhaps a bit of uniqueness to it? normal 18650 kit is too close to SS one btw lol. :thanks:
If its one with an option for a pre-installed flex drive that'd be good too, since im not completely sure about the whole pill deal and how you wire the driver to it etc.
Oh and just realised how stupid I am saying im getting a 1W laser for someone not into lasers lol. I see him almost every day. He is accustomed to the basics of laser safety and it shouldnt be too hard to impress into him the danger of this.
