Can a 5mW red laser run on a 1x18650?

Will a 1x 18650 battery be too much for one of these lasers?

Battery originally came with a 200mW 3.7v 650nm.

Do you have an idea how big an 18650 is compared to a pen laser? It simply won't fit. Get a 14500 instead.

... The penlaser has been gutted and I extracted the diode/module...

I know a 18650 won't fit inside a penlaser!!!
