it has to be fully assembled when i receive it
it Has to be focusable
it has to ship to America (Kentucky)
it has to be under 85 (Maximum of 100 USD)
it has to look nice

I'd be surprised if someone sold you a 180mW Blu-ray pointer for $100.For that kind of power the Blu-ray diode alone would cost around $50
