Broken TopLaserPointersLink affecting forum

Some toplaserpointers.com link is affecting the off-topic section of the front page, causing the entire table to be clickable, which goes to that site. It's probably some bad banner ad code.

I click on this Looking for new GPU - Laser Pointer Forums - Discuss Lasers & Laser Pointers

And first time it took me to toplasers website

Clicked that off and clicked the the topic again, and it took me to warnlasers dot com??

Iv'e notified admin.

Make sure you click exactly on the thread title. Anywhere else takes you to a banner ad.

You can see in the bottom of your explorer window where will the link take you (I'm pretty sure that's universal for all browsers).

I use the icon

to mark the forum as read. This feature is unusable in the off-topic section

I clicked exactly on the thread title and it took me to warnlaser.

I went immediately back and clicked on the same link, and it worked fine? :thinking:

hey guys, sorry about this... last evening when i removed the jetlasers banner and put the toplaserpointers link, i forgot to close the tags in the HTML for the link.

just got home from work & this has been fixed.. please clear your browser cache if the problem doesn't appear to be gone
