Battery brands?

Hey guys kinda new to the forum here and dont really know if this is the perfect spot for this thread so sorry if it is, but I just want to know what battery brands are reliable? By reliable I mean wont blow up on you and such and because I want to get some RCR123A Rechargeable Batteries but I read some horrible stories on how they can be fake and such.

A universal Li-ion charger should work on the CR123 aka 16340 batteries.
However, you should double check the specs.

Well I was looking up these, I read on a review that XTAR batteries are good quality batteries as well but the charger on this one seems to look like a fire hazard..

Did some research for ya, and the XTAR batteries seem pretty decent.

I wouldn't worry too much about the included charger but your second alternate charge will work with CR123's.
