Hey everyone,
So I just purchased a 750mw 445nm "handheld" laser from laserbtb (model HL445 - 750) and I am totally confused as to what batteries to buy for it. Here is the link to the laser I purchased:
HL 405,445,450nm
According to the site, it requires 2x 16340 size batteries, but when I opened the user manual (http://www.laserbtb.com/UploadFiles/201310071707487349.pdf) it claims the capacity should be between 2200 and 2800mah which seems to be impossible, even with the AW IMR cells everyone suggests (they are only 550mah each!). Also, suspiciously, in the picture it shows an 18650 battery! I still am almost sure that is the misprint, and the laser actually takes two 16340 batteries (it makes sense to me that way) but is it even possible to get that kind of capacity out of such small cells? If so, where can I get them?
Lastly, does anyone know of any decent (not necessarily as good as AW IMR) battery brands offered on Amazon? I have a gift card there....haha
