It's kinda lame as an experiment, we basically tried to write an experiment around the idea of blowing stuff up and taking pictures of it (it was a high speed imaging class). You can read all about it there, if you like, or just look at the pictures.

If you're ever bored or just looking for some more cool pictures, just look through some of the past projects done by students in that class over the years here: http://courses.ncssm.edu/hsi/ , they're all archived there. Some amazing stuff done, all of it done by high schoolers!
