Anyone try these modules from O-like?

I wondered if anyone here has ever bought/tried these modules O-like sells.

They claim 400mw in the ad, but in the spec sheet show 350mw>.
I would like to know if these are true to thier specs?
also says that the unit is IR filtered and has an operating current of 2A

(which will suggest to me this uses a beefy pump diode.. so could even be overspec)?

Anyone own these?

I have one of those units in the DinoDirect "300mW" certified power 532nm in my signature...

Enigmatic little piece of laserdry that thing is.... First of all, it hit 300mW. Bravo for a cheap chinese gadget site.

Second, it's IR filtered (at least the visually identical one in my pointer is).

Third, my 300mW pointer is happy to do 400mW if I tell it to. No mode hopping, nothing.

If I seem slightly ecstatic, it's because I am. Having said that, I only paid $126 for mine...

lol, well, its nice to know these kind of modules are relativly true to thier powers. Ive been wanting to make my own green, but without the hastle of building a DPSS from scratch.

Back on topic of this old thread,

I decided not to get one of these things.... I figure Ill go get a proper high quality unit with inbuilt TEC and regulation.. (IE Lab units and other DPSS modules)

A bit more bucks.. but worth it in the long run when your power won't fluctuate much or your DPSS mode hopping like a horny jackrabbit.
