Anyone ever send a laser into to Nova for repair?

I sent mine in almost two weeks ago and it's still not back yet. I live in MA. If I don't get it back by Thursday I think I'm going to call them up.

Rob did, took a little while. Give them a POLITE call and inquire about it. I'm sure they're busy so just wait it out. And what did you need fixed?

Yeah I sent it back in for testing. It took about 3 weeks, but they are really busy. Patience my friend.

Thanks guys this is my second week. I sent it in because after about ten seconds of operation it would switch modes (not two dots three dots) so Magdalena let me send it back. She seems nice. Peace.
