Now we have adds IN OUR POSTS.

Don't you think thats just a tad over the top...

I mean I don't mind it being in the outline ect but in our posts is a whole different thing.

Post what you think.

Lol, your post has ads too :D

I don't know what to say...LPF is free for us but it costs Avery money and work to keep it going so if this is the only way LPF can sustain itself I can't really complain.Besides, it maintains it's functionality and I don't feel like I have the right to b!itch about ads after all the benefits I've had from this forum. And it is free....You can't complain unless you're contributing in some way.

It is getting crazy with the ads here... I understand these things need funding, but you gotta stop somewhere really!

Agreed, it takes me about a second longer to load LPF with all the ads than without. Sure, ads up the top and down the bottom are fine, but in the posts is pretty low TBH ...

Well I don't know what's up with the gay ad lol , it's completely irelevant. But anyway, they're not in the posts , they're just to the right of the post....
When our posts are gonna look like:

"So I built a new tec cooled labby today.Tunable Diode Laser
Single Mode, Narrow Linewidth Highly Stable, 372nm - 9500nm www.sacher-laser.com Here are some pictures: Ultimate Hologram Kit
Make your first holograms in about an hour. No chemicals! - Only $99.
www.LitiHolo.com
What do you all think? MachineTools.com
Listings of new and used Laser, Flame, Plasma, Waterjets
www.machinetools.com"

that would be too much....But this doesn't really interfere with anything(except the page is bigger and the minor increase in load time.)

Well, it is very annoying, and somehow blanketing the pages with ads won't improve ad revenue that much.

Should have just kept the ads at the top and bottom

I know c0ld needs money to run this site, but the ads at the top and bottom weren't annoying, unlike the ones in posts.

True, when the forum is getting squeezed into a half a page width because of ads on both sides, it's starting to get a bit annoying...

But like some people had said: who am I to complain...

:wtf:
Ads all around and even in between the posts I can live with...

But... as a contributing member here I find it quite annoying to have
ads associated with any of my Threads/Posts that screw up my posts
and formatting.

I am NOT and will NOT be ENDORSING any product ads that are put there
by a third party... (and I will need to put a disclaimer on each one)

Somehow it doesn't seem right that I need to carry around an advertising
billboard when I open/post a Thread...

I just checked some of my previously created threads and they look like crap...
I took the time to edit each line so that it is easy to read.... and it now
looks like a 5 year old edited it....

To say the least............ I'm not a happy camper...................................

BTW.... maybe c0ld is not aware of the problems that this "Ads in Posts" issue
will create....

I just installed Ad Blocker for Firefox and now they are gone. Hey the economy is bad and this site costs money to operate so I understand the increase in ads, but in the post is a little over the top. Maybe he could put a paypal link for donations and that may help relieve the pressure.

The ads reflect what you search on Google. Maybe if you were not searching gay websites you would not get gay ads. :barf:

BTW you just spammed a gay web site with your post.
