A power supply that plugs in wall.

I know there are powersupplys where you can plug them into a wall and adjust the voltage or amps that you want but i have no clue what there called or where to get them so my question is, Where can i get a decent powersupply like that for around $20, i dont really know how much they cost so that is kinda a guess.

I tried googling but when you dont know what there called it takes you knowwhere

Thats a little to much.. is there a place where i can decent one for around $20 dolors it doesnt have to have to be nice i just need a basic one.

I dont really want to build my own either a little to complicated for me right know.
