8x in Aixiz module?

Does anyone know of a place that sells harvested 8x bluray diodes that have been set into Aixiz modules, like this 405nm GGW-H20L 6x Blu Ray Diode in Aixiz Module +650nm LCC diode [GGW-H20L] - $56.82 : High Tech DealZ, Simplifying the LASER Hobby!, except with a BDR-SO3 diode in it?

How much would it cost to have someone harvest the diode from 8X BDR-S03 Blu-Ray sled [8x BDR-S03] - $74.99 : Dark Lasers, The one-stop shop for all your DIY laser needs! and press it into an Aixiz module?

Also, I have heard bad (or at least worse) reviews on this diode than the BDR-2O3, yet on the 8x BR diodes thread I see these at around the same mW.

I have also seen this, and at $43 too.

if you can really set these diodes to 300 mW+, this seems like too good of a deal to be true.

The S03 is a reader.
The 203 is a burner.

Before you get too excited, the S03 is NOT an 8X sled. You CANNOT run them to 300mW.

In order to get an 8X sled/diode you will have to buy an LG or a Pioneer, (or Plextor) 8X BD WRITER.

I'll press one into a module for you for $185.

Also, on the 8x BR diodes thread chart, I'm assuming then the row that says a BDR - S03 is putting out 400 mW is a typo?

Yes.

Also, the owner of that site is a proven thief. Stay away from him for anything.

You should also notice that virtually everyth8ing on his site is "sold out"

DarkArmyofOne is the owner of Dark Lasers. That reported output for an S03 was one of his lies. We just forgot to delete it.
