808nm diode Lead Polarities?

Anyone know what the lead polarities are for an 808nm diode (for a 532nm dpss)? It has the two hole leads and the one lead without a hole like all the other diodes....

This thread http://laserpointerforums.com/f51/diodes-compilation-all-diodes-data-one-thread-45042.html didn't have anything for the 808nms that I could tell.

Is the diode a typical TO-18 size or is it C-mount?

Actually 5.6mm diodes are TO-56, not TO-18.. TO-18 package laser diodes only have one pin out the back.. I discovered this recently heh.

Anyway, if it's a TO-56, these are generally all case positive, and one of the non-case pins will be negative. Looking at the diode from the back, with the case pin on the bottom, it's the one on the right I believe.

Thanks for the responses guys. I blew out the driver and want to see if the diode still works. Good chance that blew too, but want to see with my own driver. Ofc the driver it came with does not have any labels anywhere.

So I'll just go with case pin being positive and the one on the right of that being negative. Worth a shot
